Educational Excellance School Advisory Councils (EESAC) EESAC Authority and Responsibilities: As the sole body responsible for final decision making relation to school improvement and accountability, EESAC's are authorized byt the following: Florida Statue 1001.452 School Board Rule 6Gx13-13-1B-1.031 UTD Contract Article XXVI, Section V Individual By-Laws Roles of EESACs: To foster an enviroment of professional collaboration among all educational stakeholders, who must have an authentic role in decisions which affect instruction and the deilvery of educational programs. To assist in the preparation and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) required from each school To have the responsibility to adress all state and district goals and the authority to periodically review the SIP and amend as needed.
