Welcome to the EESAC information page

EESAC stands for Educational Excellence School Advisory Council.  Its main purpose is to help formulate our ideas and plans for making Whispering Pines an A+ school.  We are involved in writing the School Improvement Plan, SIP, which address objectives that the county and we, the administration, teachers, parents, students, and community representatives think will help give our students the best education.

Membership is elected from different constituencies.  If you are interested in becoming an elected member contact a member or the chairperson.  Parents are elected for a one year term.  You do not have to be a member of the PTA.  The PTA has been very nice in sharing their meeting nights so we can elect our parent representatives.

Even though we have elected members, all members of the Whispering Pines Elementary family are invited to attend the meetings.  If you wish to address the group please contact the chairperson 3 days prior to the meeting so that you can be added to the agenda.
