A Message From Your WPE Box Tops Coordinator
I would like to thank all of you who participated in the October Box Tops promotion which came to a close on 10/31/08. Together we managed to raise over $450.00

Each of our winners went home with a spooktacular prize donated by our friends at PETCO, thank you PETCO for your generosity.
I would also like to thank Michelle Ballinger, one of our dedicated volunteers, who spent tireless hours copying, collating and stapling all of those “batty” handouts. Your hours of service are truly appreciated.
Don’t forget to get involved with our November Election promotion. This month the kids are able to place their box tops in a ballot box for either Ms. Lopez or Ms. Flores. The candidate with the most votes will dress like a clown and sing Happy Birthday on WPKN for all the kids to enjoy.
The BTFE.COM website is a great place to get coupons, find recipes and fun ideas for the holidays and take advantage of a various number of promotions for chances to obtain “bonus” box tops for Whispering Pines Elementary. Sign up as a school supporter and we automatically receive 5 bonus box tops. That’s fifty cents per person just for agreeing to support your child’s school!

If you’re already on the box tops train, thank you for your support and efforts. If not, here is another open invitation to help me raise some easy money for the kids at WPE. All are welcome to participate and contribute.
We are quickly and easily getting closer to our goal of $2000. Considering we managed to raise over $450 in just two short months, I feel confident that our goal is not only attainable but probably just a drop in the bucket to what we can really produce.
